We at the Phoenician Wellness Center are dedicated to providing an extraordinary client experience with the highest quality of care. For this reason, we have opted to be out-of-network providers.
1. Unlike with insurance companies, you will never receive unexpected bills for treatments. We have set, clear pricing that we disclose upfront, prior to any treatments. Payment is collected at the time of service via PracticeBetter EHR. An invoice is provided upon request.
2. Cancellation policy: In order to be respectful of the health needs of other patients, please be courteous and contact our office promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancellation will result in 50% of your service fee charged to your credit card on file.
3. Discharge from the practice: We have the right to discharge a patient for consistent missed, no show or late appointments; delayed or no payment to an account; an account in collections and/or noncompliance.
