Essential Oils for Postpartum

There are a number of symptoms women experience postpartum. When choosing how to support each symptom consider essential oils. Just a reminder, essential oils are not hormones. They cannot become hormones and they cannot replace hormones. But, they CAN support hormones. They are an enormous tool to help support hormone balance. They will be more powerful and effective if combined with other healthy habits.
